Sharon Siar

Executive Vice-President, Talon Transportation Services, LLC - Grapevine, TX
Sharon became a freight broker in 1983 after teaching seventh- and eighth-grade English for 5 years. She started her career as a commissioned agent, and then she started her own business after only a few years. In 1993 she merged her brokerage business with a successful trucking company, and in 2003 she founded a new trucking company and brokerage with business partner Charles Hill. Her extensive work experience spans sales, dispatching, operations and management.
Steve Reed

Steve is a 30-year veteran in the transportation industry specializing in Department of Transportation Safety Compliance, Physical Damage and Cargo Claims, Company Drivers, Owner-Operators and Human Resource Relations. He attended Purdue University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Business Management.
Todd Baker

With 15 years of transportation experience, Todd not only has been Operations Manager for a 650 truck owner-operator fleet but also Operations Manager and Terminal Manager for fleets dedicated to the nation's largest grocery distribution chain. He is currently the Claims Manager for FAK, Inc. He earned a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado and an M.B.A. from Madison University
Charles Hill

After leaving the U.S. Air Force, Charles began his transportation career in 1976 as a dock worker and local driver. Later he became an over-the-road driver for a large LTL carrier based out of Albuquerque, NM. He performed duties in such positions as Dispatcher, Operations Manager, Safety and Compliance, Terminal Manager and Freight Sales before opening his own trucking firm in 1989 in Fort Worth, TX. He grew his company from a single driver to over 100 company drivers in less than a decade. In 2003 he opened a new trucking company and brokerage with business partner Sharon Siar.
James Allen

A veteran of the transportation industry since 1989, James started out on the freight docks of Jones Truck Lines, and he quickly learned that he needed to know more than how to load a trailer or run a forklift to build wealth. He told himself, ''I've got to find a way to work smarter, not harder.'' With experience in seminar training and real estate investing, he has served in various leadership positions, including Branch Manager for a major trailer leasing company. In addition, he has served in the following capacities: Operations Manager, Sales Manager, Dispatch, Inside Sales and ''the guy who gets things done.'' He believes that serving the needs of his customers and clients is truly the secret to success.
